CHAPTER 439 AN ACT TO MAKE G. S. 153-6 APPLICABLE TO WATAUGA COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be effective on and after the date of its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 12th day of May, 1967 H. B. 897
