CHAPTER 444 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 113-152 AND G. S. 113-154, SO AS TO EXEMPT FROM LICENSING REQUIREMENTS OF PERSONS AND VESSELS TAKING OYSTERS AND CLAMS FOR THEIR PERSONAL USE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. S. 113-152 as the same appears in the 1966 Replacement Volume 3A of the General Statutes is amended by adding a new subsection at the end thereof to read as follows: (f) No persons exempt from the Oyster and Clam Licenses under the provisions of this Section may take more than one bushel of oysters and clams in the aggregate on any one day.
