CHAPTER 444 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 113-152 AND G. S. 113-154, SO AS TO EXEMPT FROM LICENSING REQUIREMENTS OF PERSONS AND VESSELS TAKING OYSTERS AND CLAMS FOR THEIR PERSONAL USE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 113-154 (b) as the same appears in the 1966 Replacement Volume 3A of the General Statutes is amended by adding the words for commercial use after the word clams and before the word from in line 1 of said subsection.
