CHAPTER 446 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 20-141.3(c) (OWNER PERMITTING USE OF VEHICLE IN UNLAWFUL RACING) TO CLARIFY THE PRO- VISIONS FOR PUNISHMENT CONTAINED THEREIN. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Subsection (c) of G. S. 20-141.3, as the same appears in the 1965 Replacement Volume 1C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word imprisonment appearing in lines 7 and 8 thereof the words not to exceed two years.
