CHAPTER 447 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 20-28 (DRIVING WHILE LICENSE RE- VOKED OR SUSPENDED) TO CLARIFY THE PROVISIONS FOR PUNISHMENT CONTAINED THEREIN. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Subsection (a) of G. S. 20-28, as the same appears in the 1965 Replacement Volume 1C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word court in line three of paragraph three thereof the words not to exceed two years.
