CHAPTER 449 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 20-109 (DESTROYING, ALTERING VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS) TO CLARIFY THE PRO- VISIONS FOR PUNISHMENT CONTAINED THEREIN. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 20-109, as the same appears in the 1965 Replacement Volume 1C of the General Statutes, is amended by inserting immediately after the word imprisonment in line 11 thereof the words not to exceed two years.
