CHAPTER 460 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE DARE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCA- TION TO LEASE CERTAIN DESCRIBED SCHOOL PROPERTIES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Board of Education of Dare County shall be authorized to lease for educational and recreational purposes the old Manteo Elementary School Gymnasium to the Lions Club for a period not to exceed five years.
