CHAPTER 465 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 130, SESSION LAWS OF 1967, BY APPOINTING WILLIAM BRANTLEY TWIFORD TO THE DARE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1 of Chapter 130, Session Laws of 1967, entitled An Act to Appoint Certain Members of the Boards of Education of the Respective Counties of North Carolina and to Fix Their Terms of Office, is hereby amended by appointing to the Dare County Board of Education William Brantley Twiford to fill the unexpired term of Horace B. Hooper, who resigned.
