CHAPTER 48 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 971 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1955, AS AMENDED, SO AS TO FIX THE SALARIES OF THE JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL-COUNTY COURT OF GREENSBORO. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Subsection (g) of Section 2 of Chapter 971 of the Session Laws of 1955, as amended by Section 4 of Chapter 683 of the Session Laws of 1965, is hereby amended by striking out the words and figures thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000.00) per year in lines 3 and 4 of said subsection (g) and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures fifteen thousand five hundred dollars ($15,500.00) per year, and by striking out the words and figures twleve thousand dollars ($12,000.00) per year in line 5 of said subsection (g) and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) per year.
