CHAPTER 49 AN ACT TO REMOVE UNION COUNTY FROM THE SPECIAL SENTENCING PROVISIONS OF G. S. 14-107, WORTHLESS CHECKS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 14-107 is hereby amended by deleting from the list of counties in the last paragraph thereof, the word Union, so that the sentencing provisions of the Section contained in brackets will not apply.
