CHAPTER 49 AN ACT TO REMOVE UNION COUNTY FROM THE SPECIAL SENTENCING PROVISIONS OF G. S. 14-107, WORTHLESS CHECKS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This Act shall apply only to checks or drafts issued and delivered after March 31, 1967
