CHAPTER 49 AN ACT TO REMOVE UNION COUNTY FROM THE SPECIAL SENTENCING PROVISIONS OF G. S. 14-107, WORTHLESS CHECKS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall become effective from and after the date of its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 16th day of March, 1967 91 H. B. 129
