CHAPTER 5 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICTS, TO AP- PORTION SEATS IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMONG THOSE DISTRICTS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENT- ATIVES BY DISTRICTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. S. 163-193 is amended by changing the period in line 18 following the word sentence to a colon, and by inserting the following proviso in the said line before the word It: Provided, however, that candidates for the House of Representatives in multi-county representative districts shall file copies of the said statement with the Clerk of Superior Court of each county in the representative district.
