CHAPTER 5 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICTS, TO AP- PORTION SEATS IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMONG THOSE DISTRICTS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENT- ATIVES BY DISTRICTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 163-96 is amended by renumbering paragraph -6 thereof as (7) and by inserting therein a new paragraph -6 to read as follows: (6) Upon another sheet an abstract of votes for members of the State House of Representatives in the several representative districts in the State, where such districts are composed of more than one county.
