CHAPTER 50 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 50-8, SO AS TO ELIMINATE THE REQUIRE- MENT IN ACTION FOR DIVORCE FROM BED AND BOARD, THAT THE GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE HAVE EXISTED FOR SIX MONTHS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 50-8, as the same appears in the 1966 Replacement Volume 2A of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by inserting, immediately after the word divorce in line 6 thereof, the following: , except in actions for divorce from bed and board,.
