CHAPTER 55 AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF RED SPRINGS, BEING CHAPTER 1252 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1949, TO AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT TAXES INTO THE GENERAL FUND. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be effective upon its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 17th day of March, 1967 94 H. B. 109
