CHAPTER 58 AN ACT RELATING TO MILEAGE ALLOWANCE FOR LEE COUNTY EMPLOYEES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 147-8 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, as the same applies to Lee County, is hereby amended by striking out the words seven cents (7) per mile appearing in the last two lines thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the following, ten cents (10) per mile.
