CHAPTER 67 AN ACT TO FIX THE SALARY OF THE SHERIFF OF CABARRUS COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1 of Chapter 980, Session Laws of 1963, is hereby amended to read as follows: The Sheriff of Cabarrus County shall be paid an annual salary of nine thousand dollars ($9,000.00), payable in equal monthly installments, out of the general fund of the County.
