CHAPTER 68 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 5-Sep TO FIX THE COMPENSATION OF JURORS IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF BLADEN COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 9-5, as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to Recompiled Volume 1B of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following sentence: Provided, however, that in Bladen County all jurors summoned for service in the Superior Court shall receive for their services the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) per day.
