CHAPTER 69 AN ACT TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE NORTH CAROLINA BOARD OF SPACE AND TECHNOLOGY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 148-374 through G. S. 143-383 are hereby amended by striking the word Space whenever it appears in the designations North Carolina Space and Technology Research Center and North Carolina Board of Space and Technology and substituting therefor the word Science so that the Center and Board are properly designated North Carolina Science and Technology Research Center and North Carolina Board of Science and Technology respectively.
