CHAPTER 73 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 153-9, SUBDIVISION (47), RELATING TO. COUNTY PLUMBING INSPECTORS, SO AS TO MAKE THE SAME APPLICABLE TO WAYNE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Subdivision -47 of G. S. 153-9, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking 106 out the word and after the word Transylvania and inserting a comma in lieu thereof and by inserting the words and Wayne after the word Wake, all in line four of the second paragraph thereof.
