CHAPTER 76 AN ACT REPEALING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 78 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1931 AND RESTORING NONPARTISAN CITY ELECTIONS IN THE CITY OF SALISBURY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Sections 1 through 10 of Chapter 78 of the Private Laws of 1931, and Chapter 777 of the Session Laws of 1955, are hereby repealed.
