CHAPTER 78 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF WILSON IN ITS DISCRETION TO SUBMIT TO THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF WILSON THE QUESTION OF WHETHER OR NOT THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF WILSON SHOULD ENACT A SUNDAY CLOSING ORDINANCE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
