CHAPTER 8 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO REFLECTORIZE VEHICLE LICENSE PLATES FOR 1968 AND FUTURE YEARS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Department of Motor Vehicles is hereby authorized to cause vehicle license plates for 1968 and future years to be completely treated with reflectorized materials designed to increase visibility and legibility of license plates at night.
