CHAPTER 84 AN ACT TO AMEND THE WORKMENS COMPENSATION ACT, REGARDING BENEFITS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 97-31 is hereby amended as follows: (a) Subsection -21 is hereby amended by striking out three thousand five hundred as the same appears in line 3 of such subsection and by substituting in lieu thereof four thousand. (b) Subsection -22 is hereby amended by striking out three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500.00) as the same appears in lines 6 and 7 of such subsection and by substituting in lieu thereof four thousand dollars ($4,000.00). (c) Subsection -24 is hereby amended by striking out three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500.00) as the same appears in line 5 of such subsection and by substituting in lieu thereof four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) .
