G.S. 97-38 is hereby amended as follows: (a) In lines 6 and 7 of such Section, the words and figures thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($37.50) are hereby stricken out, and there is substituted in lieu thereof the words and figures forty-two dollars ($42.00. (b) In line 8 of such Section the word four is stricken out, and there is substituted in lieu thereof the word five.
