CHAPTER 84 AN ACT TO AMEND THE WORKMENS COMPENSATION ACT, REGARDING BENEFITS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 97-40 is hereby amended by striking out four hundred dollars ($400.00) as the same appears in line 5 of the second paragraph of such Section and by substituting in lieu thereof five hundred dollars ($500.00) .
