CHAPTER 93 AN ACT TO VALIDATE TAX LEVIES AND TAX SALES IN BERTIE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
If any provisions of this Act shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of the Act which can be given effect without the invalid provisions and to this end the provisions of this Act are declared to be severable.
