CHAPTER 3 AN ACT TO EXEMPT MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES AND MEMBERS OF THE MERCHANT MARINE FROM POLL TAXES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 25th day of January, 1943 H. B. 3
