CHAPTER 7 An Act to establish the Edenton Graded School. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact ;
That the proceedings of said meeting of patrons shall contain the number of patrons present and the names of trustees elected, and shall be certified to said board of trustees by the chairman and secretary of said meeting, and shall be transcribed on the book of records of said board.
