CHAPTER 41 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF ROCKINGHAM, NORTH CAROLINA, TO USE CERTAIN FUNDS OF SAID TOWN, KNOWN AS THE SEWERAGE FUND, FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OTHPR PURPOSES. Whereas the town of Rockingham has in the hands of its treasurer a balance of certain funds arising from the sale of bonds under chapter eighty-seven of the Private Laws of one thousand nine hundred and seven, known as the sewerage fund, which is not now being used and is not at present needed for said purpose: The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 6th day of October, A. D. 1913
