CHAPTER 62 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF GASTON COUNTY TO IMPOSE THE DUTIES OF TOWNSHIP TAX LISTER UPON THE TOWNSHIP TAX COLLECTOR. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Board of Commissioners of Gaston County is authorized, in its discretion, to impose the duties of township tax lister upon the duly appointed tax collector of a township in lieu of appointing a tax lister, and the tax collector shall perform the duties of tax lister in addition to his regular duties.
