CHAPTER 64 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BUNCOMBE COUNTY TO APPROPRIATE FOR THE USE OF ELIADA HOME FOR CHILDREN IN BUNCOMBE COUNTY A SUM NOT IN EXCESS OF TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Board of County Commissioners of Buncombe County be and it is hereby authorized and empowered to appropriate and pay to the Eliada Home for Children in Buncombe County a sum which shall not be in excess of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) per year during each fiscal year of the biennium 1967-1969.
