CHAPTER 93 AN ACT TO VALIDATE TAX LEVIES AND TAX SALES IN BERTIE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The advertisements and sales of lands for failure to pay taxes to Bertie County and all acts and things done by the Board of County Commissioners of Bertie County or by the Tax Collector of Bertie County or by the Deputy Tax Collector of Bertie County or by the Acting Tax Collector of Bertie County relating to the advertisement and sales of lands for failure to pay taxes to Bertie County for the years 1964 and 1965 are hereby in all respects ratified and validated.
