CHAPTER 134 AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 513 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1951, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SANFORD GRADED SCHOOL DISTRICT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The Board of Elections of Lee County shall conduct all Sanford Graded School District elections, including regular elections, bond elections, and any other authorized special elections. Except as otherwise provided in this Act or as otherwise provided in general or local Acts relating to bond elections, tax elections or other special elections in the Sanford Graded School District, all Sanford Graded School District Elections shall be conducted under the laws, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of General Elections in Lee County. The Board of Trustees of the Sanford Graded School District are hereby authorized to reimburse Lee County for the actual costs of conducting each election for the Sanford Graded School District.
