CHAPTER 155 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 876 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1965 RELATING TO THE INCORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KING. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 4.1 of Article IV of the proposed Charter of the Town of King, as enacted by Section 5 of Chapter 876 of the Session Laws of 1965, is hereby amended by striking out of the third line thereof the punctuation and words , beginning in 1967.
