CHAPTER LXXATIT: AN ACT TO INCORPORATE ROUNTREE LODGE OF ANCIENT FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS, LOCATED AT BETHEL CHURCH, LENOIR COUNTY.
That the said corporation shall have power to pass all necessary by-laws and regulations for its government which may not be inconsistent with the constitution of this state or the United States.
