CHAPTER 165 AN ACT TO AMEND G. 8. 15-53 TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF THE REWARD WHICH MAY BE OFFERED THEREUNDER, AND TO ADD A NEW SECTION PROVIDING FOR A REWARD FOR IN- FORMATION LEADING TO ARREST AND CONVICTION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 15-53 is hereby amended to increase the amount of reward which the Governor may offer thereunder by striking out of the said Section the words four hundred and inserting in lieu thereof the words ten thousand.
