CHAPTER 176 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 160-59 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES OF NORTH CAROLINA SO AS TO EXCLUDE THE TOWN OF BISCOE AS TO THE SALE OF ONE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall. become effective upon its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 11th day of April, 1967 H. B. 288
