CHAPTER 309 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE CERTAIN TOWNS IN ANSON COUNTY TO FURNISH WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Towns of Lilesville, McFarlan, Morven, Peachland, and Polkton in Anson County are hereby authorized to furnish water service to users outside of but within one and one-half miles of the corporate limits of such towns, respectively, as the corporate limits may now or hereafter be fixed.
