CHAPTER 321 AN ACT TO AMEND GS 105-422, RELATING TO TAX LIENS, SO AS TO MAKE IT APPLICABLE TO GREENE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The provisions of G. S. 105-422 shall be applicable to Greene County: Provided, however, that this Section shall not be effective as to tax liens prior to 1942 until June 30, 1967; and, provided further, that as to tax liens for the year 1942 and thereafter, the provisions of G. S. 105-422 shall not become effective until June 30, 1969
