CHAPTER 376 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE TOWN OF COLUMBUS IN POLK COUNTY TO SELL CERTAIN LAND AT PRIVATE SALE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The governing body of the Town of Columbus in Polk County is hereby authorized, in its discretion, to sell at private sale that tract of land, no longer needed for municipal purposes, containing 19.13 acres, more or less, which was acquired by said town from E. H. and Jeanette F. Gibbs, and which is recorded in the office of the Polk County Register of Deeds in Book 120, Page 78
