CHAPTER 396 AN ACT RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE UNION COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The Union County Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized and empowered to fix the salary of its own members; provided, however, that the Chairman of the Union County Board of Commissioners shall not receive a salary in excess of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) a month, and the members of the Union County Board of Commissioners shall not receive a salary in excess of one hundred and twentyfive dollars ($125.00) a month.
