CHAPTER 425 AN ACT TO REVOKE THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF ENGLE- HARD IN HYDE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The Charter of the Town of Englehard in Hyde County is hereby revoked and said town shall no longer be an incorporated municipality.
