CHAPTER 426 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF ALCOHOLIC CONTROL OF NORTHAMPTON COUNTY TO EXPEND CERTAIN FUNDS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 18-45(15) is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following: The Board of Alcoholic Control of Northampton County is hereby authorized to expend up to fifteen per cent -15% of its annual net profits or twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500.00), whichever is greater, for the enforcement of the Alcoholic Beverage Control laws in Northampton County.
