Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned for not less than thirty -30 nor more than sixty -60 days.
