CHAPTER 392 An act concerning the great seal of the state. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That it shall be the duty of the governor to file in the office of secretary of state an impression of the great seal, certified to under his hand and attested by the secretary of state, which impression so certified; the seeretary of state shall cause to be bound up with this statute among the manuscript statutes of this general assembly.
