CHAPTER 536 An act to establish a graded school in the town of Henderson. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
The principal and teachers of such graded school shall not be subject to the restrictions and limitations as to salary prescribed by any law or statute, but may be paid such compensation as the board of trustees may deem just and proper: Provided, that no trustee of said school shall while acting as such be a teacher therein.
