CHAPTER 380 AN ACT TO AMEND, REVISE, AND CONSOLIDATE THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF SANFORD. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the signatures of the mayor and five of the aldermen of the town shall be sufficient in executing any deed for the conveyance of any property by the town, after the same shall be ordered by a majority of the board.
