CHAPTER 1236 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 89 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO THE RIGISTRATION AND PRACTICE OF LAND SURVEYORS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 89-15 is amended by striking out in line 4 the word and figures April 14, 1951 and inserting in lieu thereof the word and figures July 1, 1959. Said Section is further amended by striking the second paragraph therefrom.
